Jerry Brown is demented and is the appropriate leader for a largely deranged state. Sorry but the joke about California being the land of fruits and nuts rings true. Always thought that northern Europeans who evolved in relatively cold and darker environments are not genetically equipped to do well long term in the non freezing warm climates and bright sunlight that envelops most of the populated areas of California. Ultimately their brains don’t function well.

Shame on California. This is so incredibly outrageous and dangerous. Instead of decriminalizing this, they should still be isolating HIV-positive, and for people intentionally inflecting others, executing them to protect the rest of the population.
