This pattern raises serious concerns about improper political influence, and the process by the previous, the Clintons during the Obama Administration. Has the Justice Department fully investigated whether the Russians compromised the Obama Administration’s decisions to smooth the way for transactions, and if not, why not?
Sessions: We are working hard to maintain discipline in the department. It would not be appropriate for me to comment on any ongoing investigation.

Not many leaks from the DOJ and the boss isn’t going to tip his hand either.

Its a gentle way of saying he has lost all control.
I WANT it to mean: “we are putting the screws to all the pimply-faced Clinton supporters in my department so they can’t tell the evil witch that the axe is about to fall.”
What it PROBABLY means: “No one respects me so I can’t get anything done.”
No leaks from Mueller’s crew. Hmmmm.......
I think the same way too. Obamatard flooded the DOJ with his minions Sessions has to watch his back in his own lair.
I believe Mr Sessions is doing what he was hired to do. Immediate investigations and grand juries to indict Clinton etc all would have elicited horrendous wailing at unfair targeting of virtuous political enemies and would have muddied the waters considerably. Instead Sessions is working quietly with Mueller (Mueller probably doesn’t think of it as “with”) and guiding Mueller, surely unwillingly, to put all this stuff on the table in such a way that leftist howls will be muted and patently hypocritical and absurd.
Or he could be admitting the Democrats are holding hostage, all of Trumo’s nominations to help work that Sump Pump known as the (In)Justice Department!
The entire federal government has been completely corrupted by the Kenyanesian Usurpation.
A deep fumigation taking many years will be necessary.
I think there has been leaks from Mueller. They’ve got nothing but insinuations to help Leftists jump to false conclusions.

He never has had any control to lose, IMHO. The Deep Staters and the Obama holdovers have been running the DOJ & it’s subordinate agencies (e.g., the FBI) and they continue to have control. Sessions is too MEEK to assert control and actually lead the DOJ & its employees.
He’s explaining why even the AG himself will not violate DOJ protocols by discussing any ongoing investigations.

Sessions is admitting that his biggest problem is Obama holdovers at the DOJ and he can’t or won’t clean the swamp.
Sessions is recused from anything Russian. So he is blocked from investigating anything. Mueller has the monopoly and can “investigate” Russians for the next 8 years and in so doing protect the Clintons and Obamas and Holder and Comey and himself from ever having to face daylight.
Anytime anyone asks anything about the Clintons and Russia all Sessions has to do is nod his head toward Mueller and excuse himself from the room. And Mueller isn’t talking for really good reasons.

You get “respect” by popping somebody across the bridge of the nose with a 2x4.
Are you serious? Mueller, Rosenstein, McCabe, were over the FBI, while uranium deal was taking place and they did NOTHING about it.
Jeff Sessions was hired to the Attorney General of the JUSTICE department, he is supposed to be enforcing our laws and bringing prosecutions against those who break our laws.
He has been a colossal failure and I hope the President will soon fire him.
It means I’m a swamp creature and Hillary is not going to be touched.
