Sadly, I do not remember the GOP or any conservative organization challenging Obama's rules in court. GOP is all hat and no cattle.
I wish I knew the law on this—can a judge pre-empt the Commander in Chief, who has advice from his generals, etc., something the judge does not have?

IMHO this really should be in “Breaking News”sidebar.
They have severe mental issues whatever they call themselves.
In general the legal system is favorable to equal or the same rules for all, but less likely to approve removing a right from one class of citizens.
