We are now entering a time where we will be forced to choose between Robert E. Lee or Osama Bin Laden.

That’s a fact...

I ate lunch on 12south at bartaco with daughter #2 and hubby and grandson aged one

Not bad....street taco style

Parking....

Man I can only imagine in weekend nights around there

We need to build a parking garage there

I pity the residents

Beckers Bakery...RIP

used to be hoodie from there to Melrose

Have you seen how Centennial blvd has gentrified out by the old prison

Our little horse farm has been approached by brokers at thrice my purchase price from 2009

Well likely go down near the Maury county line out Carters Creek and build something smaller with more land though Wifey would love to live in Westhaven

Somewhere my middle boy can still play at Indy

Or Franklin second choice..

Man if it was me I’d live in an outer ring county

My daughter and hubby are considering out tween Ashland city and Dickson

18 acres and 2500 foot newish home

325,000 with good barn

I bet my old Tyne blvd house is near a million now

Nashville has gone crazy....look at downtown...

I am staying put on my 7 acres in Peytonsville. We will be selling our Green Hills house in the spring. My parents are still in their Tyne area house; a real estate agent I spoke with told me it has not appreciated as much as many areas in the city. It is probably due to restrictive zoning in Forest Hills. Good for them. My Green Hills neighborhood is going crazy with tall skinnies. I can’t wait to get out of here.
