Rush this week has been saying the GOP wrote this like they were democrats—attack the rich, provide money to low income who don’t pay taxes. Hey RyanO! The driveby’s still hate you. You cannot do anything to get them to go easy on you when push comes to shove. See 2008 John McCain, who was maverick and a great senator, and then became Dr Evil and arch-conservarive when he went against Obama… Linda Graham has been surprisingly supportive of President Trump this week. Will this continue today?

MTP: Permanent democratic campaign manager Chuck U Todd will try to throw Tom Perez under the bus? Rush speculates that the Clintons need a fall guy to cover up the DNC takeover from 2015---Blabbermouth Schultz is gone, so is Donna Bra-sill, so it might mean Perez is OUT.

FTN: They should ask Warner if it was HIM driving that truck and running down Kids of Color in that reprehensible VA gov race ad. I noticed the fat jowl and I think it was.

TW: Now it gets interesting! Permanent Hillary Campaign Manager George SteponALLofus gets to interview Donna Bra-sill, who threw Hillary under the bus, the truck, the tank and the ship this week. What will he do? I bet he attacks, and treats her like a Republican during his interview. Maybe he’ll even arkancide her himself! Is Peter King going to rail against Muslims in New Yawk, or about the state income tax withholding being stopped in the Tax bill? How about…

This entire Russian scam was simply plan B for the cover-up of the sale of our Uranium to our biggest enemy on the planet, Russia. This is simply a grand plan to be used only if Hilary was not able to continue the most corrupt administration in the history of America. This was $150 million dollar scam on the American people in exchange for the most important strategic resource in the world making the Clintons and their associates very, very rich.

The Dems always want to talk about greed on Wall Street and the Banking or Insurance industries, but there is nothing more wealth building than corruption and graft inside Moscow on the Potomac. These hundred square miles have made more millionaires per capita than any other city. Not from producing anything or providing services, but finding new and more devious ways to be bribed for scratching backs and nobody did it better than the Clintons.

The Clinton Foundation was set up supposedly for the purpose of being a charitable foundation and soon became a money laundry of massive proportions. The most direct payment is any charity which uses your name to promote funds pays you 15% directly for the use of your name. When you are talking about $150 million that is a quick $22.5 million legally and nobody knows how much more went out the back door.

This fund has over $3 Billion pledged to it according to the WaPo which is around $450 million for the Clinton name although it is questionable how many of those pledges will be met now. The greed of the Clintons is well documented so there is no question when she was offered the $20 million plus bonuses what she would do.

She then pulled every favor in the book and most likely arranged for numerous bribes to numerous Democrats including Barak Hussain and the deal was done. Obama was supposed to be a monumental move for the Dems taking America their way for decades so the entire city became part of the deal. The CIA and FBI were the dirty cops who swept this deal under the rug and any illegality was ignored as we gave our most dangerous resources to the Russians.

The entire DC establishment assumed Hillary would continue the nightmare, but a funny thing happened on the way to the coronation, Trump. It is not like they were not prepared, they had a plan B which was to frame Trump with a fake dossier to set him up if it was necessary. This was installed during the election by the media to establish the Russian connection if necessary.

Once she lost the election which she likely knew was a very real possibility a week before since they knew the real polls, not the ones given to the media. This is when they began the Russians stole the election fantasy. They installed all the pieces necessary to attempt a coup, but more importantly to protect the Clinton Family Laundry which was the funding mechanism for the DNC. It became all hands on deck from the FBI to the media to protect the Clintons in their time of need.

Now we see exactly what the entire operation looked like. Everyone in DC is guilty from top to bottom on this scandal which looks bigger and bigger by the day. All of the scandals are incorporated into this one Clinton money grab. We now know what was in all of those destroyed e-mails and why she kept her own server to keep any record of Russian contact. There is no question now what the subject matter was and why this had to be hidden no matter what and why she had the server and computers wiped.

The FBI was deeply involved with the destruction of the evidence of the e-mails and hard drives as well as the hiding of the details of the Uranium One deal. The people who were in charge of the Federal Bureau of Incompetence were Mueller, Comey and Rosenberg who were desperate to hide their guilt in the treasonous sale of our uranium to the Russians. They found a way with the leaks of classified information as well as a pushing out of Sessions authority in the Justice Department and installing Rosenberg as the appointer of the Special Counsel.

Once Rosenberg chose Mueller for SC they knew they were home free as far as covering up their crimes and harassing President Trump. He would have unlimited power from that point on and had protection from any questions by Rosenberg as well as the DNC and ABDNCBS. The media would keep the investigation pointed at their despised President Trump. They are the biggest part of the Resistance movement and the Russian fraud was their ticket to an impeachment.

So now we have one of the most corrupt people inside the Beltway being passed off as objective and in the prime spot to hide his own guilt. He also is able to cover for his partner in crime Jim Comey. This is a scandal that goes from one end of DC to the other and is attached directly to Putin and the KGB. This is the deepest penetration inside our gummit we have ever seen and once again the DNC is using smoke and mirrors to hide their crimes. This operation was started before the Hillary loss and has been executed better than they could ever hope.

The entire scandal has been exposed and is becoming more and clearer who was involved and how deep. With the internet there are no hiding stories and scandals like the old days under Bill Clinton although they can still shape it on the Establishmedia. The problem for the establishment there is a new media which may take longer to get the truth out, it is persistent and better funded than before. This means soon everyone will hear how the pieces all go together as there is not multiple scandals but one interconnected from the Uranium One, e-mail erasing, FBI cover-up, dossier and now the corrupt Special Counsel.

The swamp is well stocked with old alligators and they are trying to eat the new gator hunter. They are using all of their tricks and swamp fog to keep the moonshine stills running at full speed. There is only one person standing in their way and he is freezing them with his spotlight. We are seeing a new day as the swamp is being exposed for what it is and how it works. Nobody said it would be easy but the water is receding and the predators are losing their hiding spots as the rest of America is beginning to see Hillary and the swamp for who they are.

So Mueller puts out some indictments, the result of the millions this guy is spending on a nothing job while Puerto Rico could use some of the wasted bucks.

Heh. He indicted Manafort, a former campaign chair for President Trump lasted a couple of hours. He indicted Manafort’s business partner.

And he pulled in some low-level intern named Poopadoofulus who told the FBI it was raining on a day in question and it was proved that day was quite sunny.

For this he shall go to jail for 75 years, as he should, lying to the FBI like that.

Meanwhile Americans across the fruited plains are tired of one year of Russian bullshit and note, please, that the stuff Mueller is finding is bookkeeping nonsense.

Again, I’d vote to get rid of Mueller and his circus act and send every dime we would have spent on this nonsense to Puerto Rico.

Most Americans would agree to this as well.

What an awful man. Wonder how much the Muslims pay him.

Then, if you desire, if you wish to run over people peacefully riding along on a bike path you can do so and thank Chuck Schumer for that.

Speaking of Chucky….doesn’t he come out and berate President Trump for making this attack political?

The new proposed tax code, an early analysis

Why yes I do sort of understand the new federal income tax code but be patient with me. This is all new and for now I am working with new data.

First, that awful, awful Alternative Minimum Tax is gone. I once worked with the AMT when I was an accounting temp for a local savings and loan. How it works, the company has to computer its income tax return, taking all legal deducts and using appropriate tax tables.

Then the federal tax due after all this work is compared to what the liberals once called the Alternative Minimum Tax. Because surely no Republicans passed this mess.

The AMT has rules that have certain deductions removed….such as depreciation. This always makes the libs mad.

The company must then pay which tax calculation is the highest.

What a horrible, horrible law and it causes companies so much work.

No. Have the deductions be the deductions and calculate the taxes based on that.

The new minimum rates for a corp is 20%-although I expect this will go up as the wheeling and dealing goes on.

Still, bringing down America’s absurd corporate tax rate is a smart economic move.

For individuals, we have 12% up to $45K, then 25%, then 36.5% or some such with a top rate the same as the current, 39%. Can you imagine someone taking almost 40% of what you make?

Mistreat the rich. That’s the ticket.

The house mortgage interest remains and this is a good thing based on the original intent, homeowners are generally good citizens. In order to encourage good citizenship, one part of which would be owning a home, being part of a community, melding in with other citizens.

For the congress critters to take this away would dumb beyond compare.

However, new houses purchased after this new tax law passes will be limited to a total of $500,000 mortgage interest deductions. This will be good for most folks but it is, in a manner of speaking, a loss of a deduct.

I love that state and local taxes can no longer be deducted for federal tax payments. Cause if your state is charging a fortune for state taxes then the hell with you who elected these dolts. That gives no one the right to let me deduct from my federal taxes my puny Delaware state and local taxes while New York and California run wild on the taxes they charge with a large percentage shored up by the federal tax deduction.

I am a bit unclear on the new standard deductions. If I am getting this, I would be able to deduct $12,000 from my fed taxable income…now up to $24,000?

BUT….there is no individual tax deducts. So those out there with ten kids won’t get the benefit of that big deduction.

It’s time to do this. Tracking if deductions claimed are legal is an enormous job and go with me on this, lots of people claim their dogs and cats as dependents. So you got to list their names. Why couldn’t I list Blanca, Jackie, Sheldon, Shadow and Gerald as my dependents?

As we now know, that creep who rented a Home Depot truck and killed innocent bicyclists came in as part of some program called “Diversity lottery”. Started, to my surprise, by George H.W. Bush Sr.

But our current political class kept the program which actually conducts a lottery to bring in immigrants that wouldn’t normally come here.

What, we don’t have enough immigrants, we got to bring them in via lottery.

You don’t think of the political elite make money off of some of these wannabe immigrants?

Perish the thought.

Bowe Berghdahl and the “Millionaire’s Tax”

I am getting up to snuff on the proposed new tax code and can now explain this so-called millionaire tax.

But let us begin with this Bowe Berghdahl , a nothing-burger of a human being who just up and left his military comrades to go join in the fun with the Taliban.

He got not a day of jail time though I am pretty sure this was part of the deal with President Obama.

Other soldiers have been severely injured or killed in the search for Berghdahl. After all, they didn’t know if the creep was kidnapped and were obligated to go search for him.

So old Bowe will have to live with being such a cowardly traitor for the rest of his life. He will never be respected and will be the object of ridicule.

It ain’t the same as jail time but it makes me smile when I think about it.

Okay, this alleged millionaire’s tax, the biggest waste of time, bowing to the liberals piece of crap ever.

First let me explain this new tax. There are now 7 tax brackets, to be reduced to 4 with that additional whipped cream tax on top.

Everyone pays 12% up to $45K. Everyone pays the next bracket up to the limit….around $90K as I recall. Everyone pays the next bracket to the next percent, and so on, up to the “top” bracket of 39.6%.

BUT, if you make over 1.2 million bucks, you will be re-calculated for those first four lower tax brackets to come up to the top one. This will happen by an additional 4.5% tax until the 12% is paid up through 39.6, then until the next percent….in other words, without having exact percentages and amounts, the idea is that if you make over 1.2 million you will pay federal income tax at the top bracket for every dime, even if they have to do it retroactively.

Whew.

It’s bullshit.

First, since I processed payroll for a living I just can’t imagine what calculating that mess will be like. Although people making over a million bucks in a year don’t often get paychecks. So it’s not that big a deal I suppose.

More important, it’s a silly ass way to appease the liberals who hate millionaires and think they should have to pay almost 40% of their income to the federal government.

HATE THOSE MILLIONAIRES! PUNISH THEM!

Honestly the recalculation of the tax percentages in the lower brackets is probably pennies for millionaires. The rough amount a millionaire has to make up would be less than five thousand bucks.

The program does give a tax break to Americans making less than a million bucks but more than $100K so that the congress can say even the “wealthy” got a tax break.

The poor and middle class can smile knowing the millionaires aren’t getting away with anything so that congress can say they gave the middle class a tax break.

Reduce spending?

They won’t even consider it.

Spending money on bullshit is how they get elected. Congress would rather punish the millionaires.

Yeah, that’s the ticket.
