Trump’s ban on transgenders in the military has been partially blocked by a judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colombia on Monday. They ruled that the president’s change on the policy cannot be enforced until it is done being reviewed in court.
Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly said that it violates the Fifth Amendment right to due process for transgenders.
She said, “The court finds that a number of factors—including the sheer breadth of the exclusion ordered by the directives, the unusual circumstances surrounding the President’s announcement of them, the fact that the reasons given for them do not appear to be supported by any facts, and the recent rejection of those reasons by the military itself — strongly suggest that Plaintiffs’ Fifth Amendment claim is meritorious.”
Alabama Republican Senate nominee Roy Moore is now suggesting that the federal judge be impeached.
He said, “The decision of a federal judge in the District of Columbia enjoining President Trump’s executive order on transgenderism in the military is absolutely ridiculous and is a perfect example of the outlandish doctrine of judicial supremacy whereby judges exalt themselves over the Constitution they are sworn to uphold.”
We don’t need transgender bathrooms and we don’t need transgender military and we don’t need a weaker military,” Moore concluded, “We need to go back to what this country is about.”

Federal Judges firmly believe they are totally unaccountable and they are completely out of control. Unless they are reigned in, and fast, disaster looms.

Remember it is not what the Lying left calls it. It is not a "travel" ban or "trans" ban. It is an INVASION ban (illegal and enemy immigration is INVASION).
Well, the Constitution does provide impeachment as the remedy for correction of judicial misbehavior. And usurpation of another branch’s constitutional power is a high crime in my book.
One of the best things we can do is start impeaching judges.

Weakening the military is what this is about.
Forcing the rest of us to indulge the delusions of people who reject their own biological facts is not who we are.

Unfortunately, even many self-proclaimed “conservatives” denigrate Moore. They have apparently completely lost sight of what conservatism is.

I didn’t support him in the primary. I supported Brooks.
Roy has a history of grandstanding. I am beginning to think that might do us some good. It’s not like Washington is going to get anything done anyway.
I think you mixed up the issue.
Judge Moore will be the Louie Gohmert of the U.S. Senate; an utterly fearless conservative who couldn’t care less what the MSM thinks.
Would love to see Rachel MadCow mix it up with him.
