More voters than not find the Big Three network newscasts and the nation’s three largest liberal newspapers "untrustworthy," continuing a trend that started long before President Trump hit the scene, but one that has escalated since he moved into the White House.
The latest Zogby Poll found that 48 percent believe the media biggies - CBS, ABC, NBC, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post - are untrustworthy while 45 percent said they could trust them. The rest were unsure.

Trump voters are the most distrusting of the top six news outlets, but there are many other differences, Zogby found:
As for Trump voters, "The divide was also even more prevalent," said the survey.

It's National Enquirer all over with everyone pretending reporters are 'finding' stories. The New York Times doesn't 'find' they're 'fed'... all the rest of the lemming follow them off the cliff.

...until you (or I or Trump) tell them a specific article/report is BS. Their response, mostly, is “Who the hell are you to say”.
In other words, they may say and believe that they don’t trust the media, but they are still controlled by the media, they just don’t even know it.
Example: Two women and a dog claimed to be lost at sea for 5 months and come off the boat looking perfectly healthy, with freshly pressed clothes. It took 21 COMMENTS on one of the threads here (at FR) to finally say something like “I’m not sure if I believe them”. The prior 20 took the media at face value, even though the media never asked them to prove anything or questioned their condition. Needless to say, now the story is coming apart.
cnn deliberately and intentionally altered a video to make it appear as if Trump had tried to kill poor, innocent fish.
Great poll...very true...I don’t trust the news...
I find it painful to read thru leftie Democratic rags like The Pittsburgh Post Gazette.
I also find it painful to scroll thru the Facebook feeds of the local Pittsburgh affiliates of the Big 3 national news networks.
