For all intents and purposes, Mexico has banned the ownership of guns except for military and police and draconian laws are in place to punish possession by civilians. How many automatic weapons are sloshing around Mexico and how many mass murders take place almost on a daily basis?
Does anyone doubt if guns were suddenly banned in this country they wouldn't still pour across our southern border and be all over our streets and be readily available for any criminal or insane killer who wanted one?
