IMHO, the mass shootings over the couple of years have been demonic in inspiration.

“I’ve never seen it this active in the 30 years”

Over the past year I’ve made similar statements to family and friends, I agree completely,

If you know anything at all about the nature of spirituality you are aware that it is fundamental to the nature of reality. Mental illness as well as mental health are functions of spirituality. The simplest way to understand this is to recognize that love, hate, greed, generosity and countless conditions are of a spiritual and not a physical nature.
Demonic possession is domination by destructive forces. Salvation is domination by Godly forces. They are not equal but they are unique from each other. These are the principalities spoken of in the Bible. Acknowledging these forces is central to overcoming demonics.
The killer in Texas was an avowed atheist. He did not acknowledge the reality of God consciousness but he did open himself to destructive, evil forces. That is, while he rejected God he clearly did not reject Satan’s influence.

I typed an entire long text that the darn nasties deleted it just prior to post. I will do it again after a prayer...

In the early 1990’s I was working with a young woman in therapy when two spirits appeared. They had blue eyes and gray hair and appeared harmless. The young woman said they were her deceased grandparents. They wanted her to come with them.

I did not perceive anything unusual, except that I had a knot in my stomach.

Suddenly, the words “Do you believe that Jesus was born in the flesh?” came out of my mouth. The spirits replied, “We know Jesus.”

To which the voice from my mouth stated, “That was not the question.” and repeated, “Do you believe that Jesus was born in the flesh?”

I had never heard these words prior and had never read them in the Bible. They are 1 John 4:1

In response to the repeated question, their blue eyes turned to black and then to red as their true nature came out.

They were imposters. It didn’t take long before they were howling in fear and were taken away by the angelic realm.

I'd modify that to "99.9% of mentally ill people could will never kill anyone." Because any one of them COULD.

Generally there are 4 different events which open a person’s soul to possession.

1. Being drunk... thus alcohol is often called spirits

2. On drugs

3. Severe depression or extreme fear

4. Under general anesthesia... thus it is very important to pray for people undergoing surgery to protect them while their own soul is detached.

When I remove attached spirits I ask each one what event took place that allowed them to enter. I also ask them how they changed the person after they attached.

Often the spirit tells me that they entered when the child was molested and they tell me who did it and when. They were in the perp and moved into the child during the event.

So earlier this week, I went to my group counseling meeting for people that lost loved ones to addiction.

We splinter off into smaller groups and I’m in the sibling group, and one of the women in the group announces that hshe’s a therapist. Great!

Productive conservation, and then the therapist asks if anyone in the group has considered contacting a medium. Everyone in our group (all women) enthusiastically say yes. Of course, I said no and was very dismissive of it.

One woman asked me why, since I’m a practicing Catholic and believe in the afterlife.

I said odds are that the medium is a fake or con artist doing cheap parlor tricks. I conceded that there is the possibility of contacting something supernatural.

“See,” they said, “you think it’s possible to contact a deceased loved one!”

I said no, I said there’s the possibility that you could contact some “thing.” But I don’t think it’s a loved one’s spirit.

Spooked the hell out of all of them. They never considered it, I suppose.

Dumbasses.

“The more I read about the Texas killer”

Just look into his eyes. You can see the possession as the eyes are the window to the soul.

Did you happen to catch the Country Music Awards night? ... When that song 'Come Home' was being sung, and the pictures of those slain recently by hate-filled murderers in Vegas, Texas, and South Carolina, I was regaled in my soul knowing that the Gospel was going out over the television in a way that those God is calling would get it in a personal way. That must have infuriated the evil one and his consorts. The evil will increase against folks for the time is at an end for satan and his minions.

The last of the Bride are being prepared for a departure ... 1 Thess 4:11-18; 2 Thess 2:1 Now we ask you, brothers, regarding the coming of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah, and our gathering together to him, 2 not to be so quickly upset or alarmed when someone claims that we said, either by some spirit, conversation, or letter that the Day of the Lord has already come. 3 Do not let anyone deceive you in any way, for it will not come unless the rebellion/departure takes place first and the man of sin, who is destined for destruction, is revealed. 4 He opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god and object of worship. As a result, he seats himself in the sanctuary of God and himself declares that he is God.

Rebellion? Departure? ... Do we see a massive rebelling against God's leadership via The Holy Spirit for the spirits of men, among people claiming to be Christians, yet embracing abortion, same-sex marriages, child exploitation, drug addictions, drunkenness, and immorality?

Time is very short now ...

...availability of guns to deranged people...

Sounds like libspeak. My copy of the second amendment does not appear to preclude freed felons, hotheads or crazies from owning or carrying weapons. Anyone who should not be armed should not be running around loose.

There are spirits here on earth that Jesus referred to as weeds in Matthew 13. They are half a soul and cannot grow spiritually the way humans do. As such, they are creating the upcoming turmoil in order to hide among us.

I’ve encountered four of them in the past 30 years. They are pure logic and have no empathy or compassion. They can only attach to an irrational emotional soul.

Their plan will not work as they cannot experience Love at the frequencies necessary to exist with Heaven on earth without being burned up. God is using them to plow the field and get rid of the old in us. They are actually serving a higher purpose.

“Prayer is powerful.”

Powerful beyond our wildest imagination.

you are not.

there is ample “evidence of things unseen.” ...of corrupt angels and their depraved master, the Devil himself, ruling here for a time.

we simply have to continuously discern and choose to resist the Devil and his supporters, human and angel, expediently, powerfully and (very important) publicly. that’s why the founders’ said ‘eternal vigilance’ is required to keep our freedom, our Republic.

the problem is that many of us, including myself, who could serve effectively on our side are ruled somewhat by emotion (mainly fear and anger), and thus influenced and induced into serving the earthly powers here, instead of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I am in the Philippines. You can sometimes see demon possessed people up in the remote areas. Utterly hideous to see. Now, I don’t know if there is a difference between people being oppressed by demons, or just being outright possessed by them, but what I have seen in the mountainous regions, is downright scary. Greater is He that is in us, than he that is in the world.

A Dr Irene Hickman in Missouri was doing the same work as me in the 1990’s. She slipped up and was stung and it took her life. Of the five of us doing this work in the 1990’s I am the only one alive. Dr. Bill Baldwin was another of the group and wrote several books on the subject.

Once when irene Hickman and I were working together, a demonic spirit that had been bird dogging me for years entered her assistant Becky. It was all the two of us could do to hold her in the recliner as her body thrashed about while screaming and moaning. It proclaimed that it was trying to kill me as my work was ruining their plans.

We tape recorded the session and Irene included the full transcript of the session in one of her books.

I would not be alive today if it were not for Divine Grace and the protection provided me, in spite of me.

Scripture tells us that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. If you think you see someone you know that has passed, it's NOT them. They can take on a familiar spirit so you won't be alarmed and cooperate with them. A good angel can also appear as someone you won't be afraid of, so you need to listen to their message. If it's something you know God wouldn't say, then you know where they are from. I have seen an angel in the flesh before, but didn't realize who it was until they left. Speaking on spiritual terms is difficult because we don't understand it.

My belief is that the spirit world is in another dimension. There are doors that open and close to get there or here. Jesus is in charge of the doors.( read passages about doors and gates). The fallen ones are here and have been here since the Fall. Knowing Jesus and His Word is the key for all of this. The more seriously we read and believe His Word, the more success we will have in the spirit realm. many Christians don't believe in Angels and demons and their walk with Jesus becomes confusing, milq toast, collection of allegorical tales. The Bible is clear, and concise and is to be believed as written. Any mistakes we find are the choice of translation from Hebrew and Greek, or our weak understanding of what is being said.

An example would be Genesis 4:26. The last line of 26 says "Then men began to call upon the name of the Lord." Translated from Hebrew it really says "Then men began to profane or defile the name of the Lord. The meaning is changed to the extreme, which has caused massive misunderstanding for centuries. Knowing this is the time idol worship and unbelief began might suggest this will the Fallen angels were contaminating the seed of the woman with the seed of the serpent at the time of Seth and Enos. Understanding the corruption of the creatures made in the image of God is one of the central themes of the whole Bible. A person that denies demons exist and can interact with humans leaves them completely unarmed for spiritual battle. As we watch these Bible truths fade into the past, we are bound to suffer all the wiles of the devil until he kills us. Don't go to a gun fight with a knife. Put on the whole armor of God. All of it! It is NOT flesh and blood that we war against.

Your words are very wise. I have cleaned up many messes where people called in imposter spirits in times of grief. I’ve also cleaned up many messes from people using ouija boards.

I would venture a guess that 99.99% of active Christians can say the same as your last sentence ... to Him be the Glory, great things He has done.

I was brought to tears at the event as much good is coming out of such a horrible event.

Just as there are no atheists in foxholes, in hard times more people turn to God for strength in times of personal weakness. It is great to see this. Too bad they often quickly forget.
