Alabama state rep: Moore’s accusers should be prosecuted

An Alabama GOP state representative said Friday that he thinks legal action should be taken against the women who accused Roy Moore of sexual misconduct with a minor.

State Rep. Ed Henry told The Cullman Times that he is “not buying” the Washington Post report, which was published with accounts from four women and backed up by 30 sources. The report accused Moore of kissing and sexually touching a 14-year-old girl when he was 32.

“If they believe this man is predatory, they are guilty of allowing him to exist for 40 years,” Henry said. “I think someone should prosecute and go after them. You can’t be a victim 40 years later, in my opinion.”

Moore responded to the allegations by calling them “fake news” and saying that he would soldier on, despite calls from GOP senators for him to drop out of the race.

“Ed Henry on Moore accusations: I’m not buying it”

http://www.cullmantimes.com/news/ed-henry-on-moore-accusations-i-m-not-buying-it/article_ddb8650a-c5cd-11e7-be2c-1f9ffb09ccc5.html

“The idea that accusations like this would stop his campaign is ludicrous. If this was a habit, like you’ve read with Bill Cosby and millions of dollars paid to settle cases and years of witnesses, that would be one thing,” Henry said. “You cannot tell me there hasn’t been an opportunity through the years to make these accusations with as many times as he’s (Moore) run (for office) and been in the news.

Henry said he believes legal action should be considered against Moore’s accusers, finding their story unbelievable.

“If they believe this man is predatory, they are guilty of allowing him to exist for 40 years. I think someone should prosecute and go after them. You can’t be a victim 40 years later, in my opinion,” Henry said.

“How much money has Bezos, Songbird and Turtle paid these fakers?”

Well know the Turtle already paid $30M to try to keep Moore off the ticket.

They will eventually be judged for bearing false witness, and the sentence will be a harsh one for sure.

Moore's crime, if in fact he did it, would have been a misdemeanor.

There is no possible way for Moore to defend himself. That’s why this tactic was used. Any efforts he makes, whatsoever, to defend, will just increase the damage. Evil.

Good.

Good to see people standing up to this instead of cowering in fear like so many before the Trump era.

As a Jewess on the US, I can only point out that the number of women who allegedly DATED, but had no sex with, Roy Moore is EXACTLY the same number who accused President Clinton of FORCIBLE RAPE, a FAR more serious offense. Now we know why all REAL Americans put our 2nd Amendment FIRST. Just sayin’!

If Moore is “guilty” he should be lionized for rehabilitating himself without outside intervention, unlike say, Carlos Danger.

Never was one to believe un-named sources!!!

If you can’t even Lie in public, your a liar without balls!!!

Roy was Supreme Court Justice for many years, why this woman talking now?

Carville must have waved an $20 bill thru a trailer park and found this liar with a rap sheet.

I donated today to Roy here

https://www.roymoore.org/Support-Judge-Moore/

McConnell spent 30 million to defeat Moore, lets help the Judge frustrate Mc Turdle, and maybe he will get a stroke.
