Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey has created a task force of veteran prosecutors to deal with sexual abuse crimes in the entertainment industry.
Lacey made the announcement Thursday, adding that her office has not yet received any cases from law enforcement for criminal filing.
Show business has been rocked over the past month by multiple accusations of sexual abuse against high-profile figures including Harvey Weinstein, Brett Ratner, Kevin Spacey, James Toback, and more. The first accusations emerged on Oct. 5 against Weinstein.

The homosexual community is working overtime to sweep the male-on-male sexual abuse under the rug.
This needs to be brought front and center.
This is going to be a hot mess. there will be plenty of fake accusations.
I just hope Corey Feldman can get some peace..because for so long not many would believe him..at least in public.
Police in L.A. have already announced they closed their investigation for Corey. Said the claims had prescribed.
Amusing. LA is the epicenter of hedonistic debauchery and Hollywood is its capital. When these young women go there and flash the skin they are in before the raunchy amoral producers, who these girls would never even look at if they had no power, you do have to be a bit skeptical when on the downside of their careers they holler harassment.
