But RON, now RON, he’s different. He will not wait for the battle to come to him. *HE* will choose the terms of HIS engagement with those who would confiscate.
I can agree with some of your argument. It will be 3 AM no knock raids. But for how long will they last? How many can be done in one night? Will the “keyboard warriors” get off the keyboard and be waiting when the door gets kicked the next night, or whenever? Will they even wait? Is it possible people will organize, go down to the local police station and take back guns? I don’t see many sheriffs doing this since they are elected for the most part and “closer” to the people than police.
My other question is who is going to do this confiscation? I really don’t see anyplace outside the West Coast and North East where the people will just sit back and let their neighbors get screwed over this way by the police. Will Kentucky allow LAPD to come in and do it? I might pay good money to see that happen. Maybe we are getting closer to another civil war. There are things we need to stop and maybe violence is the only way we can stop it.

Noting recent mass attacks, I also propose doing away with truck rentals and outlawing the sale of any knives longer than three inches (this must come after a door to door confiscation of knives 3” and longer and vehicles larger a skateboard).

I’ve been to four Independence Day parades in Custer County, Colorado, population about 2,000, and every year over 600 people walk down Main Street and they are all carrying. At the head of the parade is the County sheriff and some deputies. He’s already said that he’d have a lot of good people to deputize if need be.

We were the original Constitutional Carry state. Anybody age 16 or over can carry open or concealed; under age 16 requires a permission slip from Mom or Dad.
