I can’t remember judges ever behaving this way in the past.
What I have wondered is this: how is forcing American taxpayers to fund illegal invaders constitutional? How is this not a clear unconstitutional taxation?
This will be over turned easily. I assure you that locals don’t set immigration policy and funding is statutorily prerogative of the Justice Department on these programs. This judge can go straight to HELL!!
I know I’ll probably catch some grief here, but Congress HAS to be the ones to do this, since they were the ones who passed it in the first place.

That makes no sense! One judge is an absolute dictator! I presume Trump will appeal and have it set aside.
Ignore him. He doesn’t get to make executive budget decisions.
If there is an immigrant from a banned country that commits terror or more likely an illegal immigrant in a sanctuary city that commits a crime against a US citizen then this judge should be arrested and charged as an accomplice.
Who else would have appointed him besides Obola? I dunno...any President back to 1988.

Why don’t they just start enforcing Section 8 of Immigration law and start throwing everyone involved with hiding illegal immigrants in Jail. After Years of asking. No one has yet been willing to explain to me why Section 8 does not apply. My question is always ignored.
This line is BS, No judge can permanently make a standing decision on anything. But coming from a liberal piece of crap like the Chicago Times, I can understand where it came from and why they did it. They just flat lied.

US district judge “trumps” both Congress and a sitting President? On something that both the President and Congress are supposed to do? This Federal government is out of control. It’s time to start impeaching some of these meddling judges.

How is it that a Federal Circuit Appeals Court decision only affects that circuit, but a single district court judge can make a decision for the 50 states, commonwealths, and territories?
He needs to be visited and taken away by Federal Marshalls.
Trump and Congress should ignore this BS.
This judge needs a new career.
Cut the funding anyway.
Let the judge enforce it himself.
