All I read was “Kagel Canyon”.
Kagel: exercise performed by women to strengthen the pubococcygeus and other muscles of the pelvic floor, in order to control incontinence, improve sexual response, etc.

Sounds similar to the Sonoma fires. Started at night under perfect fire conditions ... high winds and drought. In the Sonoma fires, that also started in the middle of the night, it was reported that the fires were started simultaneously in three separate locations in the county. Just saying ... maximum effect.
