Yeah, this is the tradeoff for ending the ACA mandate and a very small loosening of ACA regulations on the states.
Not a good deal IMO, but best Trump could do.

Collins obviously has the mindset and desire to be in authority over men and women, and cannot stand others being in authority. As well, Collins has the desire to command and upend the conservative movement!
A conservative is one who loves truth, justice, righteousness, individual responsibility, and lives within moral boundaries which are necessary for the survival of an orderly, just, and free society and nation. Generally, conservatism is rooted in love and respect for God. Collins may be nominally “Christian”, but is absolutely at war with conservatism!
One who is at war with conservatism built on morality, can only be immoral.
It is likely Collins has lived her life in the same way, subjecting others to her own selfish immoral will.
As matters of fact and history, left wing individuals generally reject moral absolutes and moral boundaries. However, the rejection of morality or moral boundaries is itself an active moral decision to reject morality.
Left wing objectives and socialism are easily aligned psychologically with a person and group who is or are narcissist. In my opinion, Susan Collins has this mindset.
As such, it is possible Susan Collins, and many women like her, actually are capable of assaulting both men and women in different ways!
This is Susan Collins’ price for supporting the tax reform bill. Nothing secret or unexpected about it. I disagree with her on the issue but she has been consistent. She represents a poor, aging welfare addicted state and votes accordingly.
