Career staffers at Obama’s General Services Administration (GSA)... “Peter Carr, spokesman for the Special Counsel’s Office, told Axios early this morning: ‘When we have obtained emails in the course of our ongoing criminal investigation, we have secured either the account owner’s consent or appropriate criminal process.’”
My guess is they got at least some or, more likely, most of the e-mails via “appropriate criminal process.” FNC reported this morning that Muller got them via letter of request to the GSA.
It’s too soon to know how big a deal this is. My sense is it will only become a big deal if this evidence leads to the prosecution of someone(s).

Return the emails after making copies of them? Come on, get balls and fire Mueller and his entire team for illegally obtaining the emails. This is a gift on silver platter for a readymade excuse to fire Mueller’s azz.
