Wel, ... I guess things are going to get more active at Fort Lost in the Woods (Ft. Leonard Wood), the home of the U.S. Army Chemical Biological Radio-logical and Nuclear ... (CBRN) School

When the Soviet Union fell hundreds of tons of smallpox virus were located in total violation of all the treaties they’d signed. It was intended to be mounted on ICBMs to be used after nuke strikes.

What? The Russians were cheating? Really? (/sarcasm)

China should have fed Fat Boy to his dogs years ago.

Might still be the ending. China is the key to solving this North Korea problem. Trump just needs to give the Chinese the right incentive to take care of their problem.

I believe we have the capability, but the percentage that failure and its consequences could happen is too much to contemplate.

There might be a Deadman’s switch for NK nuclear ops too.

I understand that Antrax spores last as long as 10,000 years.

if he is aiming that sh*t at us, I want him and them gone.

Last time we found out about such things it was a war with Iraq. My bet—China will take out Rocketman Kim. He is more a danger to them—than us. That or Russia will take out this trash. Kim hires Russians to organize his security and guard him. Russia owes us a favor.

Somebody is feeding the narrative for war just like Saddam Hussein and Iraq.

I have 3 thoughts:

1. You may be right...

2. However, I don’t seem to recall Saddam Hussein saying a a whole lot and threatening USA directly, whereas Fat Boy is not only saying, but he is doing a lot to prepare to attack US, and he is doing it out in the open. He is very belligerent and actually, Kim seems to be the one feeding the narrative.

3. Do you think it best that US does nothing and waits until he has a successful weapon to inflict damage on a first strike??

The only mention of President Trump is in that author's opinion, President Trump should not rely on either China or Russia to help us because it is not in their interest.

Myself, I support President Trump 100% in whatever course he decides to take. My point in posting that article is that Tillerson is in way over his head, and headed down the wrong path. The focus of the article is Tillerson, not President Trump.

If he wants to play the hidden pea in the shell game then you need to bring a whole lot of sledgehammers to smash all the shells at once. The open round of any military action is going to scare the sh!t out of a lot of potential enemies, it could ensure peace for fifty years.

Sorry, beg to differ...

From article:

Trump neither refuted nor confirmed Tillerson’s remarks, but he apparently reined Tillerson in. On Friday, Tillerson walked back his Tuesday position in remarks to the UN Security Council. He said “A cessation of North Korea’s threatening behavior must occur before talks can begin. North Korea must earn its way back to the table.”

Trump, too, is clueless. He called Russian President Putin on Friday to seek Putin’s help. After the call he said, “We would love to have his help on North Korea. China is helping. Russia is not helping. We’d like to have Russia’s help — very important.” It was a confession of weakness, not as bad as Tillerson’s, but nevertheless inept.

Trump evidently doesn’t understand that neither China nor Russia has any incentive to help us defuse North Korea. Both trade with the Norks (China clearly violating the UN arms embargo by sending missile launch vehicles and other assets) and both are quite happy to see us tied in knots with an unending crisis.
