Oh, this is a story about flooding by rain. Usually when I see Los Angeles and flooding in the same sentence I automatically assume it’s about illegal aliens.

Yep rain started about 5 yesterday evening - all night long heard police sirens.
My brother lived there for 15 years and was shocked at what happened to the freeways when it rained.
That and sunny and dry, sunny and dry, sunny and dry, sunny and dry, FLOOD!
First New York, then LA.
