Construction in NYC is pretty much all union. Not to many illegals are in the NYC unions. For someone that does as much building as Trump a violation here and there by a subcontractor is not very telling.

Nick, I'm a born and bred New Yorker ( Manhattan ! ), from an "old NYC family", who knew about the Trump family prior to the 1980s, so don't even go there, with me, of all people!

He hired contractors who may or may not have used illegals, but it wasn't ever really proved and often it's easier to just pay a fine, than to fight it!
