NOTE Mills live-in, and father of her children, David Domenici, scored big rebuilding/retooling Haiti's schools (as a State Dept govt contractor?)

I wouldn’t “give” the money to Haiti. I would offer to use it to build their utilities, schools, hospitals, housing, etc. using US contractors and labor, and apprenticing Haitians. Work sites would be secured by US troops or Guardsmen. Our handing over huge funds to foreign governments carte blanche has to stop.
