When the government shut down under obama, one of the first things he did, was to put barricades around the WWII Memorial, out of pure spite. He had no respect for the military. He had no respect for anyone but himself and he had no respect for our country.

obama also used the IRS against the citizens of the USS. Lerner and her boss have yet to be charged and tried ... obama did a lot against the citizens he didn’t like (conservatives, christians, pro lifeers, etc).

A child would need his own passport at age 16. From 2 until 16, a parent (generally) needs to present citizenship evidence, photocopy of ID, photo, and fees.
