I was in Rutland, for two years, back in the Eightys. I saw a black person, who, I think, probably lived in the area...

Note that, in the story, that the entire 5% of the the black population of Montpelier HS were there for the flag raising. All 18 of them.

I'd be curious to know if the no permit Concealed Carry law has been repealed, yet, now that Flatlanders have finished their invasion.
