Amazon has trimmed its list of potential cities for its second headquarters down to twenty. But one group of gay activists is pressuring the company to avoid some of the locations that made the cut.

The tech behemoth, currently headquartered in Seattle, launched a public search for the site of its second headquarters, or HQ2, last year. It said it would spend $50 billion on constructing the new headquarters and is expecting to hire a workforce of 50,000 people. When the company requested proposals, more than 238 cities from across North America responded.

Georgia’s GOP-E is hellbent on suppressing religious conservatives in order to court Amazon and its ilk. Last year, they overturned a law that would have allowed churches to opt out of same-sex marriage. Now they’re trying to force religious agencies to hand over kids to gay adoptive parents. And the gays still hate them.

Anybody who thought things were different because of homosexual marriage being implemented nationwide, will see that now they have moved on to other alleged grievances.

Does every business need to consult the homosexual mafia to get permission to do something?

So wait, they’re discovering that the 2% isn’t celebrated everywhere outside the left coast and NYC?

Shocking.

Acapulco would make an excellent HQ2 for Amazon!

Here's the list:
… nine states on Amazon's list that currently have no legal protections against firing someone, denying them housing or refusing them service because they are LGBTQ: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Ohio.

It is monstrous that this great evil is accorded legal protections, all of which violate our right to freedom of association.

This must be put to rights.

Back in the day when half a dozen faggots attacked businesses from a million fake twitter accounts, businesses felt the need to. Hopefully they have wised up today.

I am sure there are 1000’s of cases in these nine states where employees were fired just on the basis of their sexuality...

I've taken to writing my Human Resources department if I see company endorsements of homosexuality. I argue that it is creating a hostile environment for people who consider it an abomination, and that a business office is no place for sexual discussions of ANY kind -- hetero or homo.

If hetero males can be crucified for sexual harassment for making an off-color joke, then I fail to see how promoting a homosexual "pride" event at work is any less harassing to heteros.

My efforts have not made any difference to date, but at least I have made my stance. It's a start ...

Of course. Is there anything more important to business acumen and success than butt-f%@king and carpet-munching?

Seriously?!

Good for you! Here in CA, that would get you shown the door five minutes after the memo landed in HR.

At my last company about a year ago, HR celebrated Harvey Milk Day (homo San Fran Supervisor who was murdered) by putting out milk & cookies for all employees at 3 PM. I kid you not. That was an extremely offensive thing to me, but I gritted my teeth and kept saying to self “simmer down...keep mouth shut...concentrate on work.”

If you don’t mind me asking, what state are you in?

Minnesota. And I send the emails anonymously. The day will come when I dare speak up, but that day is not here.
