More recently, the DNC has emerged as a key figure in the Russia collusion investigation, amid revelations it helped fund the so-called “anti-Trump” dossier that apparently led, at least in part, to the start of the probe.

My understanding is different : Hillary's tax-free criminal foundation>attorney>DNC>dossier author...

1. We must look at total money in each campaign. Spending money on safe seats doesn’t count. This includes local and national party money, Congressional campaign funds, candidate funds, and independent funds.

2. Money isn’t everything. Depending on the name recognition and reputation of a candidate, a certain amount of money is needed. Beyond that threshold, additional money buys little.

3. Volunteers are worth a lot more than money. A good volunteer adopting a precinct and going door to door can shift many hundreds of votes. The average volunteer can shift 100 or 200 votes.

Imagine a congressional district with 100 FReeper activists. They can shift between 10,000 and 20,000 votes. A 1,000 FReepers in a state race could shift 100,000 to 200,000 votes.

And now for another perspective noted above - Pubbies need turnout. I look for the Dems to follow the Rohm strategy of several years ago. They found “moderate” dems to run. Then Pelosi marched them off the cliff for Obama Care.

Also look for the dirty tricks surprise smear just in time to help Dem candidate and not enough time for Pubbie to recover. Also cheating of course with dead and illegals voting and voting often.

Individual races/Certain PACs might not have the same scrutinies.
