What jumps out here is that the FISA courts were negligent in making sure that all the warrants they granted were in fact related to National Security. Attkisson has laid it out and it’s another issue that Congress needs to investigate or turn over to a special prosecutor.
Didn’t I hear that it was congresscritters asking for the warrants in the first place? Or just politicized members of Fed LE agencies?
If the first case...I’m sure they’d love to investigate and exonerate themselves. Might take a day and a half (just not be announced until the passage of a more reasonable time).
Not all national security issues belong in FISA. Only the ones that involve foreign intelligence gathering.

Congressman don’t have the authority to request FISA warrants. Otherwise Schiff and Pelosi would be requesting them by the hundreds.
