It might be the worst “Mexican standoff” in history. As the deadline to renew the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program approaches, some illegal immigrants are issuing a bizarre ultimatum: Pass a deal to extend DACA, or else… we’ll leave the country.
Which is, of course, exactly what the law says anyway. “Dreamers” have already been living in the country illegally for years, but now apparently think that threatening to leave will somehow motivate Congress to give them what they want.
If a DACA extension isn’t passed, “I will leave. I will leave America as soon as possible,” illegal alien Alex Velez declared to CNN. She and her sister Daniela are due to have their protected status expire on March 6.
Like the classic joke about being let go from a job — “You can’t fire me, I quit!” — the Velez sisters and other Dreamers seem to think that threatening to leave a country where they are staying illegally will somehow motivate lawmakers to keep them.

Well, unlike normal people, Congress WILL perceive it as a threat. But no way are dreamers gonna leave here short of kicking and screaming as they are dragged away by fed up tax payers.
It’s all a lie, just as it was with the Hollywood liberals of 2016, who to my knowledge are still in the USA drawing big bucks.

These are the folks who do indeed need to leave.
It is extraordinary that some of these people don’t know they are asking for the PRIVILEGE of staying here when they currently have no legal right to be here. Many of them do know that...but plenty of them don’t - the ones rallying and making demands on our government (no theirs) don’t get it.
What I tried to say is that this country was founded and built by people who came here from other parts of the world and also who had settled here. Throughout the years there was always an influx of new and non-native peoples who contributed to the progress of the country. Entry of immigrants was always merit-based.
Please, please tell me now

If true, this is the best news on illegals in decades. Deport them all, except those quick enough to self-deport.
Well.. how ‘smart’ of them.... that fixes the problem!!!!
I was at walmart today and a woman dressed in her outfit from head to toe in dark dismal cloth/sheet... only her eyes showing ... with 2 kids dressed sorta normal.. which brings me back to Macy outfitting them... I don’t want them to be made “at home” here like that.. they either assimilate or go back... and they don’t assimilate.. I don’t want them here!
Which brings me to another place last week... a dental office I had to go to.. and it was outfitted with the same. I’m not prepared for them to run everything.
I agree. This was the major failing of the last 30 years IMO.
we for sure don’t want people this stupid as immigrants ... they just failed the prospective immigrant intelligence test ... NEXT!
