CNN launched yet another Facts First promo, this time reminding President Donald Trump about the collective power of apples.
This is an apple, CNNs latest promo begins.
And, this is an apple.
And this is an apple.
And when you put them all together, youve got a case.
CNNs latest promo the network seems to be picking up the pace comes as news outlets report special counsel Robert Mueller appears to be building a case that President Donald Trumps interference with the investigation into Russian election meddling constitutes obstruction of justice.
One day earlier, CNN, among many other news outlets, covered FBI Director Chris Wray upending the Trump White Houses timeline about when it learned of domestic abuse allegations leveled against former aide Rob Porter. Wray testified Tuesday the FBI repeatedly briefed the White House on its investigation last year, despite how the White House has presented the timeline. Porter resigned after the Daily Mail reported Porter had been accused of physical abuse by two ex-wives.
On January 27, CNN debuted a new promo that flipped its Facts First campaign, with the new spot featuring a banana peel. Not coincidentally, it launched a week after FBI arrested a Michigan man who phoned multiple threats to the cable news networks Atlanta operation, saying he was heading there to gun them all down because they are Fake News.
Some people might try to tell you that this is an apple, went the promo. It might even start as a joke. But when they say it over and over and over again, and people start to believe it, its only a matter of time until someone gets hurt.
The following night, CNN prime-time star Don Lemon blamed Trump on air for the death threats, saying, This is what happens when the President of the United States repeatedly attacks members of the press simply for reporting facts he does not like.
Some very dangerous people are listening to you, Lemon told Trump, and noted that POTUS had, once again, attacked CNN as Fake News just hours earlier.
Put enough of those stories together and you have a pattern of journalistic malpractice.
All this proves is that CNN is a bunch of GD fruits!
Mueller is going to learn the meaning of “Prosecutorial Misconduct” if he pushes Trump too far.
I really wish someone could find some damn dirt on Lemon - he’s such a pompous ass.
Not surprisingly; CNN doesn’t apply this same logic to muslim terrorist attacks. They are all just ‘individuals’ or “lone wolves” and not to be seen as adherents to a common ideology of islam, which is a “religion of peace”. F**kin’ hypocrites.
PRESIENT Trump should donate this case of apples to the food stamp “recipients”.
Well at least Anderson & Don Lemon fit that bill.
CNN wouldn’t know a real fact from #FakeNews
Propagandists for the Leftard globalist elites.....
Vince Foster is an apple
Seth Rich is an apple.....
Prosecutorial misconduct is “an illegal act or failing to act, on the part of a prosecutor, especially an attempt to sway the jury to wrongly convict a defendant or to impose a harsher than appropriate punishment.”
Types of prosecutorial misconduct
False arrest abetting
Police brutality abetting
Surveillance abuse abetting
Testifying — Subornation of perjury
Failure to disclose exculpatory evidence
Fake as the ad might be, we do ourselves a disservice if we think that Trump, his family and inner circle are out of jeopardy. The old find me the man and I will find you the crime routine.
If CNN wasn’t all Fake News, they wouldn’t have to run promos trying to convince people they weren’t Fake News.
Instead it just ends up being a bunch of rotten apples.
He's just happy to see you.
Just another sign of the failed CNN’s desperation.
Sound like a collection of direct and implied threats to the President of the United States.
Hey CNN. Last one out, turn the lights off.
CNN is still the Clinton News Network.
