Well, it highlights Sarah's impressive bust.
When that first circulated there were some, even on F.R. who where apoplectic that Sarah and Todd would attend a Biker Rally and she would wear such a stylish yet tight fitting outfit.
Miss Marmelstein though is a wonderful NYC cosmopolitan FReeper and she was having none of it :)

I like it and think it is really cute too.
