A former senior Peace Corps official agreed to cooperate with any law enforcement investigations surrounding a scheme that funneled millions of Department of State dollars to a nonprofit founded and run by former Secretary of State John Kerry’s daughter, recently published court documents show.

Warren “Buck” Buckingham agreed to cooperate as a condition of an agreement with the Washington, D.C., U.S. Attorney’s Office that would keep him from facing prosecution for a related illegal lobbying charge, court documents filed Thursday and made public Tuesday show. Also as part of the agreement, Buckingham admitted to the charge that he lobbied his former Peace Corps colleagues to help his employer, Seed Global Health, secure a $6.4 million State Department-funded contract extension around September 2015.

Trump needs to sign an executive order that NO person in the executive branch can have any undeclared connection to or contact with a non-profit foundation. Any potential conflict should be reviewed by ethics counsel for that agency.

Enough is enough. There is NO way to reconcile the activities we have seen in the previous administration with the basic rules of ethics. This happened all over the place with the DOJ slush fund pushing money to social advocacy groups and community organizers, state using grants to fund anti-Netanyahu advertisements in the Israeli election, and the biggest one of all - the Clinton foundation and their incestuous relationship with the Podesta group who were lobbying on behalf of numerous foreign interests. This is craziness and the corruption is so blatant and undeniable that a kindergarten class could understand it.

After Omar Amanat, Abedin's Muslim cousin, personally contributed as much as $25,000 to the Clinton Foundation, the cousin was officially appointed to the Council on Foreign Relations during the time that Hillary Clinton was serving as US secretary of state.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Using a practice that made him eligible for large tax deductions, Mitt Romney gave the Mormon church substantial stock holdings that he obtained through his private equity firm, according to documents filed with the government and to Romney associates.

The tactic used by Romney to help meet his Mormon obligation of “tithing” - in which members donate 10 percent of their income to the church - is a common way for wealthy Americans to make large donations to charities, tax specialists say.

But against the backdrop of a Republican presidential campaign in which Romney is being pressured to reveal his tax returns and further details on his vast wealth, the donations shed light on the tax strategies of Romney and others at Bain Capital, the private equity firm he co-founded in 1984.

Romney, a former Massachusetts governor, is the early frontrunner in the state-by-state contest to pick a Republican candidate to run against Democrat Barack Obama in the November presidential election.

Filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission indicate that Romney and others at Bain have given “appreciated stock” to the church and various charities, which gives the donors potentially generous tax benefits.

The SEC records, which cover a period from 1997 to 2008, reveal several donations worth millions of dollars of stock in Bain deals to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

A shady aspect of Huma Abdein’s unusual (and lucrative) State Department career......... she founded a private company called “Zain Endeavors” eleven days before she left Hillary’s employ. Zain Endeavors is named for her infant son).......
