Just checking to make sure the seat belt was’t too tight for her.
He doesn’t claim that they were “in a relationship.” Why would he be pulling over a woman he was dating twice in one day?
He should have been charged the next day. The DA pushed it off to a grand jury so he can avoid any blame once they set him free.

Wonder if Trooper Lloyd has a pattern of sexually molesting women be pulls over.
Wonder if Trooper Lloyd will enjoy being sued for sexual battery if Mrs. Wilson can find a good lawyer who wants to punish this guy.
