No, it's not. It's also a ineffective way to uncover the wrong doing. Yes, the Russia matter was partly about "hacked" emails, but the most important thing about that "hacking" is that it was never investigated. Instead a blogger for a security company wrote a blog post about how he saw Russians fooling around in the DNC server after he was called in to investigate.
Despite the facts that the blogger was a Dem insider it was not only held up as evidence but the FBI never looked at the server, not once. That's a much bigger scandal, if you are looking for something that should have been investigated, that would be it.
I was even told by a Freeper here, who I have long since forgotten, that the Russian hacking was proven because "he has seen the source code" himself. That's how desperate they are to control the narrative, They will distract by inventing rabbit holes. Seth Rich is one such rabbit hole. Interesting? sure. Relevant? perhaps, perhaps not. But we should focus on the actual crimes that we know were committed, and not overweight others that are speculative.
