Some edits of the video clip the sound to one shot, but in others you can hear the Marshall squeeze off four rapid shots. Likely they were four hits, as they were only a couple of paces apart.

Along with making the video public, U.S. District Judge John Dowdell dismissed a lawsuit brought by the Angilau family claiming excessive force in the shooting.
