Kevin De leon, the president of the Cal state senate just appointed an illegal alien to a state position, This means she will receive a paycheck or at least expenses. So he has hired an illegal alien in violation of federal law. last year he said he helped half his family come and stay here illegally form Mexico.
The mayor of Oakland warned illegal felons that ICE raids were imminent. This meets the definition of interfering with peace officers in the performance of their duties.
The fact that these two criminals are left free to violate more crimes and spit sin the face of the president and federal law enforcement illustrates the beed for some ball inflation in DC>
I appreciate that McCabe got fired. it should have been done weeks ago. maybe trump delights din leaving him on the hook till the last minute. OK I can live with that. But California public officials are a group of law violators and no one is being arrested. That week-ass law suit sessions filed will be adjudicate months from now. While real law violators run for senate.
Yes...wonder what Martha Stewart is thinking these days
Under the bus with McCabe? Could be.
McCabe did supposedly tell the Nunes committee about the importance of the dossier. Such an admission does put a lot of Deep Staters in hot water.
I wouldn't be surprised if the OPR was Deep State infested, although at this point, I have no idea if it is.
Frankly, I never planned on serving, voters permitting, more than 5 or 6 terms in the US Congress, Dent said. Im now serving my seventh term.
Yeah I believe you, NOT.
I promise to continue my role, both inside and soon outside of government, of giving voice to the sensible center and working to solve problems for the American people through smart policy the product of negotiation, cooperation and inevitably, compromise, Dent later added.
Don't promise anything except to STFU after you leave public office. The center is anything but sensible. It is unable to stand for beliefs because they really have none.
“That week-ass law suit sessions filed will be adjudicate months from now. While real law violators run for senate.”
Yup...and who knows what side ‘our’ corrupt courts will come down on. California and much of the other blue states are in open rebellion to Trump and the rule of law. Sessions’ pussyfooting is only emboldening these seditious leftist bastards.
The president has consistently surrender his powers of national defense and on immigration granted by congress to the judicial branch.
Nobody has a clue how Federal public safety pensions actually work. You can only retire at 50 if you are active law enforcement, so unless McCabe were to get a job working for Border Patrol, BATF, DEA or US Marshals, he has to wait until age 59 years, 10 month to collect.
He DID NOT lose his pension, he’s just being forced to wait like all the other federal drones to collect.
I'd say it's a good bet
Like the DOJ, other government agencies workers donations are similarly heavily tilted in Clintons direction. An astounding 99.4 percent of government workers at the U.S. Department of Agriculture who made donations gave to Clinton over Trump, and the percentages were similar across the rest of government: 98.2 percent at the Department of Commerce, 84 percent at the Department of Defense, 99.7 percent at the Department of Education, 95 percent at the Department of Energy, 96 percent at the Department of Health and Human Services, 90 percent at the Department of Homeland Security, 96 percent at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, 94 percent at the IRS, 99.4 percent at the Department of Labor, 99 percent at the State Department, 95 percent at the Department of Treasury, and 88 percent at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Just imagine the voting margin...The rabid left are in firm control of 'our' corrupt stasi state.
And speaking of the OIG, does anybody know why the OIG, with no legitimate Constitutional oversight powers, makes it hard for Congress, who has Constitutional oversight powers, to get documents from the DOJ?
IG reports directly to AG. It’s the AG call.
Congress has direct oversight powers over the IG.
Explain.
Normally, unauthorized sharing of department information with anyone - even Congress - is ‘leaking’ or worse.
You are correct!
Almost a Boom! OIG stonewalls too.
Never noticed it before:
https://oig.justice.gov/about/
...The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) in the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is a statutorily created independent entity...
...The Inspector General, who is appointed by the President subject to Senate confirmation, reports to the Attorney General and Congress...
Love it when the vile and venal start to eat their own kind as they struggle to flail at the dog they kept teasing....the brain stops working and the ass-pucker does the talking.....Brennan and Holder might do some of the same as they thrash at the thought that such as they might possibly not be as untouchable as they fancied....
The DOJ isn't an independent entity unto itself. The DOJ is supposed to take orders from the president and it is supposed to allow oversight by Congress.
It is Congress that authorizes information from the DOJ, not the other way around.
Yup. Thanks.
That puts the Grassley letter requesting special counsel for the OIG in a different light. It’s almost an order that doesn’t depend on DOJ internal rules:
"Thank God for Trump."
It could have been Tub-O-Lard Pantsuits if the Left's plan had worked out.
Feel better about Trump now folks? :-)
