So why wasn’t the Baker Act invoked by the judge?
The school assessment officers and police seem to believe everything he had been doing or said was because he was upset about a break up and grades falling and felt lonely. He said that was 3 weeks earlier and he was all better.
That cop could’ve easily baker acted this kid. I had an employee removed from a company vehicle and was gone before I got there. Cops even left the truck running. They wouldn’t give me any information as to what had happened and only told me, “ I thought he could potentialy be a danger to himself or others”.
