Zachary Cruz, the brother of the suspect who killed 17 people on Feb. 14 at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, was arrested Monday for trespassing on the school's property.

This sounds as though he was just moving through the area of the tragedy, thinking about that horrible day.
No, he should not have been back there, and was told to stay away from that area, which is probably still roped off from the rest of the campus. It doesn’t sound like he had any ill intent.

If someone really wants to help this kid, they should encourage him to enroll in a different school, in a different state, and maybe even under a different name.
It doesn’t help that his photo his widely published, but it’s not too late to give him a chance to leave this place behind for a decade or two. Too many reminders.

Oh yes, I do mean that they were both adopted. It’s just that the birth mother (in my opinion) was impregnated by two different men.

Although to be perfectly honest, if you looked at my older son and my younger son, someone might say the same thing about them. They look nothing alike, but both have the same father and mother. It’s more that one has so very many of the recessive genes in both families, and the other has many of the dominant genes. They have a few similarities, though, in body build and in their chins. That’s about it.
