Drivers nearby heard the explosion and it rattled their windows. If it wasn’t a bomb, then it was still big.
The explosion at the West fertilizer plant was ruled intentional. Nobody has been caught on that one.
Perhaps the ‘unsub’ of West is itchin’ for attention.
