At least 37 people are confirmed to have died in a fire that tore through a shopping centre in the Siberian city of Kemerovo.
Dozens more people, children believed to be among them, are missing, according to Russian media.
The blaze started on an upper floor of the Winter Cherry complex and many of the victims were in a cinema.
Video posted on social media showed people jumping from windows to escape the flames on Sunday.
Smoke billowed from windows as fire crews worked to evacuate the property.
Kemerovo, a key coal-producing area, lies about 3,600km (2,200 miles) east of Moscow.
The cause of the blaze is not yet known but authorities have launched an investigation.

Fires happen and it is rare that they involve terrorism although Russia has its fair share of extremists...... generally fires with large casualties are the result of a non-functioning fire alarm system and or a lack of adequate sprinklers. This is usually combined with toxic smoke from building materials - see ghost ship fire in Oakland, the Rhode Island night club fire, Dusseldorf Airport fire, etc.
Generally, if adequate warning is provided people are able to evacuate and it is normally the smoke or stampede that causes casualties - not the flames. It takes time to build up that amount of smoke, but if they used polystyrene or a similar product as an insulating material it can happen quite quickly. Codes enforcement is sadly lacking in Russia where corruption often rears its ugly head in construction projects.
Very tragic fire and it sounds like there will be many more casualties than is currently being reported.
Yes, and the woman who issued them Tennessee driver licenses was burned alive in a car one of them sold her.
Her car burst into flames and then crashed.
The fire department put out the fire.
It restarted.
They put it out again.
It restarted again.
They put it out a third and final time, they had never seen a fire behave like that...
