There was once upon a time in this Nation when it was the common policy among all living “ex” Presidents .... That those bygone Executive has beens would remain silent out of common courtesy and respect for the Sitting President in Office (POTUS) . I those by gone days all ex-Presidents kept their collective mouths shut as a form of social dignity. But it seems Carter as well as Bush and Barry all lack any degree of formal etiquette. To say nothing of respect for the Highest Office in the Land. Carter is living in his own little bubble in Plains Georgia, surrounded by at least one thousand Secret Service and a town full of happy farmers who kick dirt clods, grow peanuts and live off Federal Tax Supplement Subsidies, Carter was a Economic failure as President and also a failure as a Military President...nuf said.
