Full title - BREAKING: California AG Threatens to Arrest Orange County Sheriff for Assisting ICE (VIDEO)

Orange County California voted to bypass state rules and work with the federal government and ICE officials.

And on Monday the Orange County Sheriff’s Department announced it will publicly post inmates’ release dates in order to assist ICE agents.

In response to this California Attorney General Xavier Becerra threatened to arrest Orange County Sheriff for holding criminal illegal aliens for ICE officers.

Attorney General Xavier Becerra: State law is state law. And it is my job to enforce state law. I will do so. And we want to make sure that every jurisdiction including Orange County, understand what state law requires of the people and the sub divisions of the state of California.

Reporter: Does that mean a lawsuit of the sheriff’s department or the arrest of the sheriff?

Xavier Becerra: I think I just answered that.

The California AG needs to spend some serious time reviewing his law texts. From a jail cell.

Yes, I agree but there’s a lot of SHTF coming. Also, Little Rock was focused on the Civil Rights debate of the day with plenty of American blacks backing President Kennedy.

Whereas, California is overrun by illegal Hispanics who would oppose such an intervention.

My guess would be it waits until after the vote fraud data are released by DHS.

How this eventually plays out will very much depend on......

A major landslide of the “muddy” type into the ocean, not an election type.

“Without California they never win another national election ever”

I will add, though, that California has started exporting their moonbattery to the rest of the country. Some red states are getting more purple.

The longer they are maintaining those policies the more it does affect the overall electoral map.

The people In Little Rock bitterly opposed the Army being there. There were also a lot of American whites supporting it. But it was Eisenhower not Kennedy. Kennedy sent Feds to Mississippi when they rebelled against rule of law.

Seems to me that the voters of OC elected the sheriff to protect them. If the State AG sends State Police to arrest him, they should find the OC sheriff surrounded by [literally] hundreds of citizens.

Trump should send in the military to protect him.

Thanks, my bad on the Kennedy call. Of course it was Ike, but it continued into the Kennedy Administration with George Wallace in open revolt.

It was Alabama where JFK confronted Wallace.

JFK federalized the Alabama National Guard. and ordered them to Birmingham

It could work if President Trump federalized the California National Guard and ordered Becerra and Moonbeam to stand back from all LEOs working to assist ICE. But there is a plateful of crap sandwiches that the President has to deal with. I wouldn’t be surprised if he sent troops to Orange County But I would also expect him to wait for the right timing such as when Becerra follows through with his threat.

Ding, Ding, Ding! 45 is winner!

It would be nice to see that AG try to arrest her and have the US Marshals waiting to arrest him and those foolish enough to follow his orders.

When Federal Law is ignored, State Law becomes irrelevant.....

Time to go into Sherlock Holmes mode:

Xavier Becerra - I’m going to deduce that Xavier comes from south of the border.

Let us see:

Ahh yes Watson:

“Becerra is the son of working-class immigrants from Jalisco, Mexico.”

Yes, “working class immigrants” not illegals right?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xavier_Becerra

This guy is the epitome of why we need a wall ASAP and need to deport every last illegal in this country, because look what happens.

I wish the Feds would start arresting these obstructionists. Especially now that THEY want to arrest their own people for cooperating with federal law.

The sheriff could be simultaneously deputized as a US deputy marshal. The state dare not touch him at that point...the AG could be charged!
