Full title - BREAKING: California AG Threatens to Arrest Orange County Sheriff for Assisting ICE (VIDEO)

Orange County California voted to bypass state rules and work with the federal government and ICE officials.

And on Monday the Orange County Sheriff’s Department announced it will publicly post inmates’ release dates in order to assist ICE agents.

In response to this California Attorney General Xavier Becerra threatened to arrest Orange County Sheriff for holding criminal illegal aliens for ICE officers.

Attorney General Xavier Becerra: State law is state law. And it is my job to enforce state law. I will do so. And we want to make sure that every jurisdiction including Orange County, understand what state law requires of the people and the sub divisions of the state of California.

Reporter: Does that mean a lawsuit of the sheriff’s department or the arrest of the sheriff?

Xavier Becerra: I think I just answered that.

And Jeff Sessions’s job is to enforce federal law that CA is violating. Get on it, Jeff.

As usual, didn’t read all the replies before posting - sorry about that... Proud of the sheriff - lived in OC/CA for many years and left the county/state 12 years ago...loved CA but there comes a time when you have to move on and that time came...doesn’t mean I don’t miss it!

The Feds should arrest Becerra (and Brown), and House them in Gitmo as enemy combatants. That would be fun.

Cali AG Becerra is just another Marxist swamp monster waiting to be slayed.

But first, Becerra will dazzle us with his South of The Border act.

Hey California State, you think you can act as a political entity unto yourself and with respect to no other political of which you are a part, including the U.S. government, and you seem surprised that lower jurisdictions would adopt the same philosophy with respect to you?

The number of DC Swampers Becerra took with him to Cthey get the urge to talk.

BTW, just wondering, did Xavier's predecessor, US Senator Kamala Harris, relocate her loyal AG staff to DC?

I certainly hope none of California’s pressing legal issues fell through the cracks in the transition.

Hopefully, Kamala left her hard drive behind so Xavier could review her recent activity.

=============================

UPDATE: Kamala's hard drive proved good for nothing. All she did was order Viagra online for her sex romps with the ex-Mayor.

Sadly even extra-strength Viagra couldnt get the ex-Mayor "in play." Luckily Planned Parenthood
sent over some experimental sex toys-----happy-face condoms lined with rubber cement.

Yup, that did the trick but it was hell to remove the thing from his aging flaccid penis.
Kamala really struggled with that.

BACKSTORY---Then-Cong Becerra headed the House Congressional Democrat Caucus. Becerra gave the Paki spies free reign over all US intel.

<><> The Awans had access to all the Democrats Congressional data including Democrats emails. Imran Awan is the walking example of an insider threat, a criminal actor who had access to everything.” “They were using Xavier Becerra’s House Democratic Caucus as their central service warehouse. The data was completely out of the members’ possession. Does it mean it was sold to the Russians?

<><> Imran’s wife Hina Alvi was the only IT officially authorized to use Xavier Becerra's House Democratic Caucus computer equipment. She is on record as logging on about 300 times......as the rest of the Awan crew were accessing intel on Becerra's computer thousands of times using Becerra's passwords and codes.

Becerra was looking the other way (snort).

Becerra---now Cali's top lawman----refuses to answer questions about this.

<><> The Awan family was logging in to Xavier Becerra’s House Democratic Caucus server with 17 different accounts belonging to Congressional offices whose data should have had no connection to the caucus, according to the House investigative report. The patterns were consistent with data being funneled onto Becerra’s server from other members of Congress, but the members said Becerra never alerted them of any aberrations. bwwwaaahahaha That isn’t what the Califphonies said when it was up to the State to defend the marriage law

Close, but no. The case didn’t get to the Supreme Court, but to a Federal Court. The Democrats, Governor and Attorney General refused to defend the California Constitution (it had been amended by initiative) because they didn’t believe that marriage was restricted to men and women and their beliefs trumped the law and state constitution. You see beliefs are more important than law when it comes to some things but not others. That’s the beauty of living in a nation of men, not laws.

Then the Federal judge, who just happened to be gay, ruled that the backers of the initiative had no standing to defend the state constitution so he ruled (1 vote) that the votes of the majority of Californians were void.

I say if the Cali AG sets one toe into Orange County, the OC Sheriff should arrest him and throw him in jail immediately. The charge: harboring illegal aliens.

Somebody help me out here.

doesn’t a Sheriff have more “arrest” power than an AG or even the State Police?

Sheriffs are given wide latitude to do their jobs

Yes, but that is up to Rip van Sessions, isn’t it? He seems to have a personal code that it is “wrong” to arrest any Democrat no matter what the crime.

I wouldn’t be so sure about that. Cops will comply with orders from whoever is going to pay their pensions. Guaranteed.
