case in point: If the Supreme Court can rule that "a woman has a right to choose" state sanction homicide, then the Supreme Court can rule anything : including severe regulation of weapons types and the ability of "citizens" (subjects) to possess them. Hell , the Supreme court could EVEN rule that we must accept forced "healthcare insurance' and have government officials decide who gets what care , (who lives and dies)
