It should have been a clue when Justice and FBI sand bagged him on the Kennedy files and they still held back some of them even though statute called for them to be released and Trump demanded they comply.

Does Sessions have to approved every criminal prosecution that the FBI is involved with? I would think as active and aware as his is, I could go years and he would never notice.

The facts I cited earlier actually were facts. The documents really were requested in August. Sessions really did wait until April to respond.
