I agree, Joe isn’t a pedo... but he is definitely good at making women and small kids uncomfortable...
Definitely doesn’t understand personal space and socially unaware of how his actions are perceived by those around him... but calling him a pedo is nonsense.
However, in this day and age, what does reality matter?
