That law journal article I linked in #21 was from the 1930s, when Democrats held the presidency and Congress, and the Supreme Court was ruling FDR’s New Deal unconstitutional.

Actually, like Scalia, Gorsuch is a literalist. We got what we wanted and THAT’S A GOOD THING. You’ll see as time goes on — he doesn’t believe in Judges MAKING laws.
