The Justice Department's inspector general has sent a criminal referral regarding former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to the US attorney's office in Washington, according to a source familiar with the matter.
A McCabe spokesperson, the Justice Department and US attorney's office all declined to comment.

Pension issue would come up for review later. After all McCabe’s crimes are fully addressed. That will take a long while.

Frankly, they were looping around Jeff Sessions, it sounded like to me, which means maybe Rosenstein, and certainly Wray is able and acivated. Wray is not the biased suspect that Rosenstein is, nor is he the uselessly recused Sessions.
Wray is for the moment anyway, the one clean guy free to do his job. IF, he *chooses* to do it?
Rosenstein has already said he will recuse, if and when the FISA applications are scrutinized in any Warrant investigation, since he was a signer on one of them, that was based on the mythical dossier.
Beginning to think this crap is orchestrated by the calendar, to serve as the R’s tardy push back against an obviously one-sided investigation, just in time for the mid-terms.

CBS “News”: It is not yet clear what those charges are. McCabe has declined to comment, as has the DOJ IG.
