Victory laps are premature. North Korea will promise anything to end the sanctions and then immediately look for ways to get around those promises. Any one who believes Kim and takes what he is saying at face value is naive.
Well said, Kim Kong Un can’t be trusted one bit. We will have to see if something verifiable and thorough really comes of this.
