Your problem is you can’t comprehend the simple truths brought forward or are so intellectually tied to false notions comprehension is hidden.

Obfuscation of the simple facts previously noted is rather foolish

Nothing about a political union …
After being presented with the evidence showing such intent, not to mention the very governmental structure of a political union in place right from the beginning, a blanket denial?

I do not understand what your affinity with this website is, then, if you are going to continue to defend leftist institutions with such fallacious arguments.

Whom and what are you addressing? Sorry, but your response is unclear.

By attacking my valid points with red herrings and emotional blanket statements, and trying to make them look legitimate, not to mention glossing over their blatantly obvious leftist beginnings and their work towards blatantly leftist goals—even worse, trying to make them look benign and/or in any way similar to the USA—I cannot see how it is not a defense of the EU and UN.

The United Nations Charter is based on the 1936 USSR constitution. Just like the latter, the former self-nullifies claims about respecting the sovereignty of its members and has a governmental structure where the executive both makes and passes laws—again, with the UN, the security council/general assembly is based on the USSR’s politburo/Supreme Soviet, as is the EU’s commission/parliament. You have not demonstrated any claim I’ve made to be false. One document does not have to be a line-by-line carbon copy of another to be based on it.

Also, FTR, the declarations of “human rights” out of both the EU and UN are based on the list of such rights in the USSR constitution of any epoch, particularly the parts about “equal rights” between men and women that is intended to attack the family. Please review, starting with Article 122 of the 1936 USSR constitution:
Women in the USSR are accorded equal rights with men in all spheres of economic, state, cultural, social and political life. The possibility of exercising these rights is ensured to women by granting them an equal right with men to work, payment for work, rest and leisure, social insurance and education, and by state protection of the interests of mother and child, prematernity and maternity leave with full pay, and the provision of a wide network of maternity homes, nurseries and kindergartens.
Now from the preamble and Article 16 of the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights, respectively.
Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom …

  1. Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
  2. Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
  3. The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.
Article 16 reflects the later 1977 USSR constitution and its Article 53, BTW, this being a principle Stalin backed but did not state in his constitution (namely the state-approved family rather than the actual traditional one, based on “equality” between the sexes rather than the man being the head):
The family enjoys the protection of the state. Marriage is based on the free consent of the woman and the man; the spouses are completely equal in their family relations. The state helps the family by providing and developing a broad system of childcare institutions, by organizing and improving communal services and public catering, by paying grants on the birth of a child, by providing children’s allowances and benefits for large families, and other forms of family allowances and assistance.
Last but not least, Article 23 of the EU’s Fundamental Charter of Human Rights.
  1. Equality between men and women must be ensured in all areas, including employment, work and pay.
  2. The principle of equality shall not prevent the maintenance or adoption of measures providing for specific advantages in favor of the under-represented sex.
BTW, could you get back to the topic? With all due respect, you seem obsessed with legitimizing the EU and UN at the expense of the USA and UK.
