In an unusual move, FBI agents working the Hillary Clinton email case had to sign a special form reminding them not to blab about the probe to anyone unless called to testify.
Sources said they had never heard of the Case Briefing Acknowledgment form being used before, although all agents must initially sign nondisclosure agreements to obtain security clearance.
This is very, very unusual. Ive never signed one, never circulated one to others, said one retired FBI chief.
An FBI agent currently on the job admitted, I have never heard of such a form. Sounds strange.
Meanwhile, FBI agents expressed their disappointment over FBI Director James Comeys decision not to recommend charges against Clinton, sources close to the matter told The Post.

The Clintons ordered all FBI agents working on the case to sign Nondisclosure Agreements and not say anything about the investigation.. None of the agents had ever heard of such a form called a "Case Briefing Acknowledgement".
Comey, the head of the FBI at the time, must have ordered the agents to sign the unusual and unprecedented forms which probably violated FBI standard procedures.
Only a corrupt, dirty official would require FBI agents to sign such documents.
Remarkably, no one has ever questioned Comey about his requiring FBI agents to sign the unusual documents.
But Judge Kimba Wood forced Michael Cohen to void his NDAs relating to Donald Trump.
No hypocrisy there.
“””The Clintons ordered all FBI agents working on the case to sign Nondisclosure Agreements and not say anything about the investigation.”””
So they ordered the FBI around and she did not have to go under oath.......wow major FBI fail
Thanks for posting.
Nothing more than the Swamp battening down the hatches against hostile forces (i.e., the TRUTH).
CROOKED and DIRTY FBI agents!!
It’s time to gut the FBI of the crooked and dirty FBI agenta.
Wake up, Sessions!!!!
Interesting flashback.
Comey said his late October 2016 letter was sent because NY agents were going to announce they found confidential emails on Carlos Danger’s laptop. So NDA’s would need to be signed in both the DC and NY field offices. That had to be scores of FBI agents.
How queer
Since when was the “Matter” an “Investigation?”
Sounds illegal.
Throw it out
Sad to say but Sessions seems like part of the SWAMP!
I don’t know how many articles I’ve seen describing how the FBI Clinton email investigation was “unusual.” All these “unusual” procedures add up to one thing — corruption and covering up a crime. The press needs to start calling it that.

“Meanwhile, FBI agents expressed their disappointment over FBI Director James Comeys decision not to recommend charges against Clinton, sources close to the matter told The Post.”
So they expressed disappointment off the record. How nice.
They weren’t disappointed enough to speak out or risk their comfortable salaries and pensions. The silent rank and file are not honorable people.
The Democrat Party has corrupted DC into government fit for some shtthole country south of the equator.
Did comey stain sign one of these letters to cover his Trump investigation memos???

2 minutes and 10 seconds. That's how long it took a FReeper to point out the outrageous hypocrisy of the left that the main stream media - including Faux News - will NEVER report or make mention of.
Well done goldstategop!
Anyone want to propose what was on this form?
