Well, at least a little of the dust is getting tamped down by the rain you’re getting. Better than nothing but a heavy rain would probably do y’all some good about now. It’s been a while.
It was dry for the most part here but we had a brief rain along with a thunderstorm this evening. Barely enough rain to get the deck wet.
Sasha will go back to the vet this week. She’s having a hard time eating and it isn’t a bad tooth. Thougth that might be the problem last week but when he knocked her out to pull the one that looked bad, it was fine. Just covered with plaque.
The last time we had a cat go through this, she had a tumor under her tongue and I fear that might be the case with Sasha.

Sometimes I do get very depressed when it’s extremely hot for days on end. If it’s this hot now, what do you think it’ll be like in July and August. Blech! Really can’t stand the desert! LOL!
I know just where that fly swatter is! And I ain’t afraid to use it! :)
Been busy all day, but I’m satisfied with things that got done.
Hope to finish a couple still this evening.

I AM so jealous of your 75. That’s probably the perfect temperature as long as it’s not too breezy. Hope you had a chance to get out with the kitties for a bit. It’ll be October before we see those temps again.
It sure is! Not at all happy about it. And if you’ll notice, lots of darn sunshine to make things worse. sigh
I had no idea the storms were out there. No thunder at all! I was getting ready to feed the cats and happened to look out the window and saw the sky was black to the west. Sooooooo, out the door with camera in hand, much to the cats dismay. LOL
I have to walk a little ways from the house to get clear of trees for a clear view.
The storm didn’t pass overhead so the lightning was on top of me. But I don’t know just how close it got since there was no thunder. I usually come inside once lightning is a mile away but I couldn’t count today. Rain made me come in.
There was just the right amount of breeze to feel perfect outside today. Until that storm got close. Then the wind kicked up and it got right chilly.
Percy, Shags, and Roxy were hanging out with me while I got the lightning videos.
WOOHOO....the rain is sounding on my skylight. Hope it keeps up for a while.

I thought I might have heard one thunder clap an hour ago, but never again. Wishful thinking?
