Did the FBI Plant an Informant in the Trump Campaign?
The Rush Limbaugh Show ^ | 10 May 2018 | Rush Limbaugh

Rush:

His whole thing is imploding now. The Mueller investigation is, I think, on the verge of it. And, by the way, I’m gonna give you a little heads-up here. Based on a Kimberley Strassel column last week, a Wall Street Journal editorial today and a Washington Post piece earlier this week, I actually believe the FBI planted an informant in the Trump campaign — before Mueller was appointed, obviously.

This was in the summer of 2016, ’cause I think they believe this Russia stuff. I literally think… I’ve gone back and forth on this. I really think they believe… And I think this is why.. You know, there’s a FISA application for the warrant to spy, FISA, and it uses the dossier. But there have to be other things in that application. ...

snip

And the story says the ‘role of the intelligence source’ could further provoke Republicans who have accused Justice and the FBI of engaging in ‘misuse of their surveillance power,'” and, here we go, “hinting that the government may have used the source to snoop on the Trump campaign.” There it is. So it’s a pretty safe bet that the FBI planted an informant in the Trump campaign. Nunes wants to know who it is; the DOJ says, “No way, Jose!”

The Washington Post probably does know who it is. They will not inform. ...these people — Mueller, the FBI, The DOJ, Strzok, Page, Comey, McCabe — it is absolutely incredible but it may well be that they believed this!

Even after learning that the Steele dossier is phony baloney as anything else they could have written, they really believed it. So they had an informant in the Trump campaign who was there to catch and to discover and to witness Trump’s collusion with the Russians.

This has to do with Nunes trying to subpoena information as to how the FBI opened an investigation into the Trump campaign.

Rush gleans info from a recent WaPo story, WSJ editorial and Kim Strassel.

Were foolish Comey and the FBI gulled by Hillary's phony Steele dossier into believing that Trump and Putin were conspiring to fix the presidential election and therefore the FBI planted an informant in Trump's campaign?

Rush says signs point to 'yes'.

(hat tip Victor Davis Hanson)

After Trump won, the super-confident Deep State had the power to either stop, remove, or delegitimize Trump and his presidency....

Obama’s apparat quite imaginatively pulled out all the stops:

<><>implanting Obama holdover appointees all over the executive branch;

<><>filing lawsuits and judge shopping;

<><>organizing the Resistance;

<><>pursuing impeachment writs;

<><>warping the FISA courts;

<><>weaponizing the DOJ and FBI;

<><>attempting to disrupt the Electoral College;

<><>angling for enactment of the 25th Amendment or the emoluments clause; and,

<><> unleashing Hollywood celebrities, Silicon Valley, and many in Wall Street to suffocate the Trump presidency in its infancy.

All of it indicative of the Third World mentality the Halfrican brought to the presidency. The scurrilous T/W tactic of using the power of government to attack and suppress people who get in their way.

What if the reason why the FBI wants to keep their mole a secret is because the mole is still working for Trump?

Of all the spurious excuses she gives for her loss, the most ludicrous is that
Hillary says she lost her "sure-thing election" because "Putin doesn't like me."
Comey sucked up--told Congress Putin wanted to harm Hillary

Hillary once bragged that she, alone, was brought into Putin's inner sanctum
where she assured Putin she was worried about wildlife like he was.

Putin whispered to an attentive Hilary that they were BFF.

Secy Hillary and Obama were eager to please Russia w/ the friendly reset button.
Hillary later said the reset gambit was Obama's and her idea "to strengthen Russia."

==============================================

Ex-Pres Clinton is s-o-o-o-o friendly he traveled to Russia to clinch the uranium giveaway deal.
And to pocket a $500,000 dollar speaking fee from a Moscow bank plus a sizeable commission.

Billybooboo even laid his "Hot Damn Hokey Hillbilly Act" on Putin.

High probability its Carter Page, who previously worked with FBI. He was planted in order to give legitimacy to Fisa warrant. And why the deep state wants this kept quite, more evidence of deep state criminals. Unless of course its Jeff Sessions.

-- All of it indicative of the Third World mentality the Halfrican brought to the presidency. --

That mentality is the natural form of government. The United States is a first world government with the same mentality, using the same subterfuge, just higher quaility. Uniparty.

Why did the DEM and GOP infiltrate ONLY the Trump campaign and try to take it out? Why did the GOP and DEMs join hands to in an effort to torpedo the presidency? Why are the parties cooperating on the "Russian collusion" distraction? Because Trump is not "one of them."

That "third world mentality" is pervasive in the US government. We aren't any better than the others.

The Washington Post probably does know who it is.

Rush also said he thinks the Wall Street Journal does, too.

The Obama Administration used the FBI to spy on the opposition’s campaign. All quite normal for a banana republic.

A caller to Rush was guessing that the FBI plant was Carter Page.

My own guess is that the FBI source is a person close to the Clintons who regularly acted as a deep state go-between between the US intelligence community and a circle of retired British ex-intelligence people operating similarly to Fusion GPS who are globalist, anti-Brexit, pro-EU, pro-socialist, etc.

The Brit globalists tried to help Hillary fix the election by mounting an intel op against Trump based on fabricated intelligence.

The claim now by the US IC is probably that if Congress learned about the extent to which the Brits interfered in our election it would jeopardize the special relationship with the UK, so they don’t want to reveal it to Nunes and Gowdy.

The caller and Rush speculated it might be Carter Page. Rush doubted it but began to waver a bit as he mused about the possibility and admitted if it’s not Page then he has no clue who it could be. The caller seemed fairly well convinced.

I’m willing to be shown that Carter Page is the one, but it makes no sense to me if he was used as an informant. He didn’t seem to be with Trump very long or have a significant position. My assessment all along has been that he was used in order to get the FISA warrant.

That’s it. Just used as an excuse to spy...

At this point it’s not if the FBI planted someone, it’s who is it that was planted?

“I actually believe the FBI planted an informant in the Trump campaign “

Yeah, we know Rush, it’s Sessions! It’s patently obvious that he’s the guy!

I can see why they don’t want to release Carter Pages name. The Russians would investigate everyone he knew while in Moscow. But in the other hand I think the cat is out of the bag. If Carter Page was a plant then that pretty much invalidates the case against Trump. For one, Carter Pages exploits were the primary evidence agianst Trump in the GPS dossier. If it’s garbage then the entire GPS dossier is garbage. That leaves only Papadopoulos who is a big nothing anyway.

As an aside you wonder about the timing if Page was a plant. If he was a plant then why would he go to Russia after he worked for Trump? I think he may have gone to Russia to try to confirm some of the GPS report. But then later they tried to test Steele by asking him to confirm that Page met with Russian officials. Whether he did or not will be an interesting point.

Rush is wrong about this.

Nobody at the Feebeye believes this “Russia stuff.”

But I don’t doubt there were some Democrat Party moles in the Feebeye who believed they could make the public believe it.

“High probability its Carter Page,”

That would be my guess. Notice that no charges have been filed against Carter Page.

Didn't Comey specifically mention Carter Page as one of triggers for the FISA warrants? I don't trust Papadopolous or 'Sessions-the-RECUSED' either among others..

If they can PLANT a Dossier as FRAUDULENT EVIDENCE funded by Hillary, then they can PLANT a Carter Page as FRAUDULENT EVIDENCE as well. BOTH were done in order to get FRAUDULENT FISA warrants.

Hillary, Comey, Lynch, Rosenstein, McCabe (to name a few) ALL BELONG IN FEDERAL PRISON!!!
